Enquiry data is retained for up to 12 months from the date of contact. Participant enrolment data is retained for up to 3 years after programme completion, for administrative and programme improvement purposes. We do not retain data beyond the period necessary for the purpose for which it was collected.

Personal data collected by Pendula is used exclusively for the following purposes:
- Responding to enquiries about our programmes
- Processing enrolments and managing participant cohorts
- Communicating information about upcoming cohort dates to those who have enquired
- Sending programme materials and follow-up notes to enrolled participants
- Improving our programmes based on participant feedback
We do not sell personal data to any third party. We do not use personal data for advertising or third-party marketing purposes.
